1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with complete tracking details.
We ensure that every order goes through a careful quality check before shipping.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
International deliveries usually take 10–20 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.

Delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:

- High demand during festive seasons or sales
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
- International shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and applicable courier rates.
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
You can also track your order anytime by visiting the “Track Order” section on our website.
This allows you to stay updated on your shipment’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
5. Packaging & Product Care

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

- If the issue persists, contact our support team with your Order ID
Our team will promptly assist you and ensure your issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
We take utmost care in packaging; however, in rare cases:
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Kindly provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Images of the packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
8. Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays
- Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on external factors
