1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- The item should not show any signs of wear, damage, or use
Please note:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may not qualify for returns (if specified at the time of purchase)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return request:

- Provide your Order ID along with the reason for return
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process
Once approved, you may be required to ship the product back to us at the provided return address.
3. Refund Policy
After receiving your returned product:
- The item will be inspected for quality and eligibility
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refund details:
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method, used at the time of placing the order
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any return shipping costs (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We take great care in packaging, but if you receive:

- Or the wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly include:
- Clear images of the product
- Photos of the packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
